Technology
An incidental experiment reveals computers rob me away from real reading and writing, i.e. the act of reading and reflecting upon that writing, the habit of observing and writing, the sanctum of unadulterated reflection, one at a time. My writer’s notebook was never more filled when I had nothing but a pen for eight days in a foreign environment. Time for a conscious revamp.
